Ready, Set, Sculpt & Sweat! This 4-week series yoga sculpting series combines challenging bodyweight endurance movements with creative Sun Salutations, breath work, fun beats and meditation all in one hour.
Build a 360 strong, sculpted yoga body with drills focused on building power, stability and endurance. Each class begins with creative Sun Salutations, breath work and chakra awakening to warm-up the body. It then moves into High/Low Intervals consisting of yoga drills and static yoga poses. 360 Soul Sweat ends with focused core work and restorative poses followed by a 10-minute Zen Soul Meditation to cool down the body and leave you in a Zen state of mind.
