Ready, Set, Sculpt & Sweat with Intention! This class combines body weight endurance movements with creative sun salutations, breath work and Moxie beats. Each class begins with breath work and creative Sun Salutations to warm-up the body. It then moves into High/Low Intervals consisting of yoga drills and static yoga poses followed by a stretchy cool down for a zen state of mind.
